<HAJIME's carefully selected kaiseki course> All courses include our specialty, grilled crab shell. The courses include seasonal flavors such as horse sashimi, wagyu beef, and sashimi. The all-you-can-drink plan includes Premium Malt's and four types of local Kumamoto sake, as well as one type of recommended sake of the day. Seats are limited to two hours.
